Personal Training Programmes

Successful personal fitness training is all about achieving your goals whether that's losing weight or training for the marathon.

As an experienced personal fitness instructor and athlete Ralph knows what it takes to achieve and is there to help you every step of the way.

After an initial assessment and discussion about your goals, Ralph will create a personal training programme designed for you.

Central to this success is ensuring that you enjoy your personal fitness training sessions and programmes will include a variety of exercises and challenges to keep you motivated throughout.

Each session will last approximately 90 minutes and can be at your home, where Ralph can bring the gym to you with his own variety of training equipment.

Group Fitness Training

Another great way to train is in a group, either joining one of Ralph's regular group training sessions or set up your own group with a bunch of friends.

If you would like to set up your own group please contact Ralph to discuss your ideas. A minimum of 7 people are required and usually focuses on cardiovascular fitness, conditioning and core strength. Group fitness classes are held in local parks.

Ralph's established groups include:

Wimbledon - Tuesday morning

Specifically designed for "after school run mum's", this general group fitness class is suitable for all abilities. Based at the Wimbledon Common Windmill, these sessions build on your fitness over a 5 week period, before introducing a new challenge.

Kingston - Tuesday evening

Specially designed for Triathlon and Duathlon enthusiasts this group will really put you through your paces. With a mix of participants from beginners to top GB age group competitors this group offers an excellent and fun opportunity to train with other athletes. Session locations vary weekly depending on the focus of the session.

New Malden - Thursday morning

Specifically designed for mums, this general group fitness class is suitable for all abilities. Based in Beverley Park, these sessions build on your fitness over a 5 week period, before introducing a new challenge.

Reigate Group

Meets at various locations around Reigate on a Monday evening at 8pm throughout the year. This group is ideal for anyone wishing to improve their fitness and running abillity. The group is a mixed ability group catering for all levels. Sessions last for 1.5 hours.
